Ava Galbraith

Ava began dancing when she was two years old and enrolled in her first dance class at Pennsport School of Dance. She even took part in Irish step dancing for ten years with the Second Street Irish Society and performed in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. She majored in ballet at Philadelphia Performing Arts Charter School for elementary and high school, where she was taught by a professional ballet teacher from Ukraine. Ava also joined a fancy brigade since she loves New Years so much. She has now spent eight years as a member of the Spartans NYB! Ava is currently a sophomore at Holy Family University and is majoring in nursing. Ava has been an assistant teacher at PSOD for four years but this year will be her first year having her own class while also assisting other classes and she is so excited for the dance season to start!
