Born and raised in Philadelphia, Annette Davis has been teaching at various dance studios in the Philadelphia metropolitan area since 1976. Annette completed the Dance Educator’s of America Teacher’s Training Certification Program in New York City, and prior to beginning her teaching career, she studied at University of the Arts, Philadelphia Civic Ballet, and the Broadway Dance Center in New York City. Annette has also attended numerous dance conventions given by Dance Educator’s of America and Dance Masters of America.  Annette has amassed numerous awards in various talent competitions throughout her career and has made appearances on Al Alberts Showcase, Chief Halftown, and The Gene London Shows.  She has performed at the Towne Playhouse in Roxborough, PA, the Pennsylvania Renaissance Fair, and with the USO, for which she received a 3-Star award for her volunteer work. 
 
Anything else about you:
 
In addition to her numerous awards and performances in the dance and acrobatic world, Annette was a runner-up in the Miss Philadelphia and Miss Montgomery County Pageants, has served as the National Coordinator of the Miss Hemisphere Pageant in Toronto, Canada, and was the choreographer for the Downtowners Fancy Brigade for twenty years. Annette resides in Laurel Springs, New Jersey with her husband and two children, and works full-time at a Philadelphia law firm.
